we rent the apartments for minimum 5 nights, high season Weekly from Saturday to Saturday
in & out
check in time is from 3 pm to 7 pm
check out time is from 8 to 10 am
guests are invited to indicate their approximately arrival time
early check in and late check out is subject to availability
rate include
room cleaning, fresh towels & sheets - on request extra cleaning is possible
change of bedsheets and towelset Weekly
rate does not include
breakfast, lunch, dinner

30% guarantee payment at the moment of booking
70% final payment two weeks before check in
only bank transfer payments are accepted
the paid sums are not refundable in case of cancellation, but consumable by the guest for one year from the original date, subject to availability
